It was a chill night on the coast—but the trivia showdown was anything but laid-back. 💥 With three competitive teams and one close game, Coastal Taproom brought the brains and the brews!


🧠 Round Breakdown:

Ally & Colin jumped out front early and didn't let go of the lead. They played smart, snagged key bonuses, and by Round 4, they had built a serious cushion.

Meanwhile, Golfers had some solid swings in Rounds 2 and 3—momentarily catching up before falling off pace late. Paul and Kaitlyn brought heart and hustle, but the scoreboard wasn't feeling generous this time around.


🎯 Final Wager Wrap-Up:

Ally & Colin finished with a solid 44 points, securing the win and holding strong from start to finish!

Paul and Kaitlyn ended with 17, while Golfers wrapped up with 12.

They loved the game and played well... until that 4th shot went around. Then things got messy for some teams. To be expected. Remember, after that 3rd shot comes FLOOR. Anyway, we had a blast! For your Super Secret Round 2, Question #1 Art Bonus this week: Draw whatever a June Bug looks like to you!  Meanwhile, locals, industry folks, tourists, you're all welcome! Ashore's OC Taproom - Let's Do Trivia Blurb - for game on 7/15/25

Looks like a week with normal vacationers and no conventions or performances in town at Ashore. We had 30 players on 9 teams as the rains started to come down and lightning was all around! But we were safe and cozy in the Taproom Bar watching the storm over the ocean from our massive windows. Teams Triple Threat  and Londyn Lane  were neck-and-neck at halftime with an impressive 35 points each as Ridgemont High  stood close by in 3rd with 33. Going INTO the final, Team Chuck  had found their footing and rolled on into the pole position as Royalty 4 drafted them into 2nd place and Ridgemont High managed to hold onto 3rd.
